Used MDApplicants and still applying? You can bring your own school list and application dates into CycleTrack.
If you already have your records
- Create a CycleTrack account or sign in, then add or select the application cycle that matches your intended entry year.
- Put your school names and recorded application dates into an Excel or CSV spreadsheet. Import only your own records.
- Open your cycle's Import School List tool. Follow its format instructions, review the school matches and assigned date columns, and confirm before importing. Open the import tool after creating your cycle.
School-list import covers school names and supported application dates. It does not transfer an MDApplicants login, password, profile narrative or complete academic profile. You can add other information yourself in CycleTrack.
Need help retrieving your old records?
Contact [email protected], preferably from the email address you used for MDApplicants, and tell us you would like help transferring your own records. If known, include your MDApplicants username or former profile link. Do not send passwords, identity documents, application essays or a full data export with your initial request.
We will review availability and arrange verification of account ownership before releasing any records or discussing an assisted transfer. An email address or public profile link alone does not establish ownership. There is no automatic account linking, and submitting a request does not itself transfer data or guarantee recovery. Any approved transfer requires your confirmation of the destination account and application cycle.
Your MDApplicants information does not become public because you request help. Existing privacy and visibility choices continue to apply. We do not send unsolicited migration emails.
