To not stress so much. I’m definitely happy I practiced as much as I did, but overall I should have believed everyone when they said it was very chill and conversational. In addition to your interview, there is a 20-30 minutes timeframe to answer written scenarios (kind of like CASPer, but on paper)

There’s no cafeteria! Only vending machines with snacks and drinks so it seems like we’d have to come prepared during long days. Also, no eating allowed in study rooms (there had been issues of people leaving their food trash which we were told doesn’t get taken out every day so it has caused cleanliness issues causing the school to no longer allowed food - we were told small snacks are ok as long as we discard of it ourselves. It also says no drinks allowed, but we were told everyone drinks)

The building was brand new and the student housing is very nice and right across the street. We also have access to our own gym that’s just a walk from campus (but a part of the off campus housing)

Compiling a list of all SDN questions and practicing the 16 most important ones while memorizing the most commonly asked ones: tell us about yourself, why medicine, why osteopathic medicine, why ARCOM, why DO over MD, why doctor and not PA/NP/RN,etc?

I feel like I stressed too much about preparing for this interview. It was very chill and conversational. I’m glad this was my first one! (Definitely focus on most commonly asked questions: tell me about yourself. Why osteopathic medicine? Why medicine?)
